Action-The voip server did not understand your request. Inform to voip provider to check logs in there end.

Sip Response-Unauthorized
Action- username and password sent by dialer not authenticating by voip gatway. Contact to support@drishti-soft.com for confirmation about what username and password is going from dialer side and based on that need to inform to voip provider to check the cause of issue and need to ask from him what username and password they have require.

SIP error code- 402
Sip Response- Payment Required
Action- Contact to voip provider to check your account and if account balance has been finsihed need to re-new account.

SIP error code-403
Sip Response-Forbidden
Action-Dialer server ip is not registered on voip provider end. Contact to voip provider to registed dialer server public ip in thier end.

SIP error code-404
Sip Response-Not Found
Action- The error come when numbers are wrong in enabled leads or going to voip gateway with wrong prefix. If this issue coming with 100% numbers of enabled leads contact support@drishti-soft.com for the prefix confirmation or check the outgoing entity set for that campaign. If this cause is coming with some numbers of leads , need to change the lead set .

Sip Response- Proxy Authentication Required
Action- The proxy server of voip provider also using username and password for authentication your request and it is failing to authenticate username/password. Contact to voip provider.

SIP error code-408
Sip Response- Request Timeout
Action- The request took longer than allowed to complete. Try to increase setup time and ringing time . If this cause still persist contact to voip provider to tune there gateway.

SIP error code-487
Sip Response-No Response
Action-The request took longer than allowed to complete. Try to increase setup time and ringing time . Also get check the numbers in enabled leads.If this cause still persist contact to voip provider to tune there gateway.
9.
SIP error code-500
Sip Response-Internal Server Error
Action- There is an internal server error on the voip provider gateway. Contact to voip provider without any bit delay.
10.
SIP error code-502
Sip Response-Bad Gateway
Action-The voip server you sent request had to contact another voip server to connect the call. The first server of voip provider received an error from the second server. Contact to voip provider without any bit delay.
11.
SIP error code-503
Sip Response-Service Unavailable
Action-The voip server you're trying to send request is over tasked at the moment and it can't process your request. The server may be down for maintenance, or there may just be too many users on the site at the moment. Conact to voip provider .
